City of Bloomington Citizen Convenience Center

"The Citizen Convenience Center is a location where Solid Waste Program customers can drop off their materials instead of waiting for curbside pickup. The service is provided at no additional charge for all acceptable materials except for clean concrete, rock, shingles, and brick, which have an additional fee. The facility is located at 402 S. East Street (on the corner of East and Jackson, south of the Bloomington Public Library). At this time, the Citizen Convenience Center is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and municipal holidays."
