2. Have you been a McLean County resident for at least one (1) year?

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. All applicants must provide valid and official documentation of residency in the U.S. during the application process. Acceptable documents include US Passport, Permanent Resident Card, Alien Registration Receipt Card (Form I-551), Certificate of US Citizenship, or two (2) US state documents, such as a driver's license and a certified copy of a US birth certificate.
