Michael Dabney. Michael is originally from Danville, IL. He has lived in McLean County for the last 25 years. He has an adult daughter, Jazzmin, who lives on her own.
Michael works for a company called Sevita as a Case Manager. Sevita offers a full range of services to help children and families thrive, from foster care to behavioral health services to autism support.
Michael has a passion for helping others. He is active in his home church community at Center for Hope Ministries.
When asked what it means to partner with Habitat, Michael says “Building with Habitat means I am bringing one of my biggest dreams of building my home to life. Working with Habitat affords me the opportunity but allows me to assist with making their dream of homeownership come true as well.
Michael spends his free time writing, singing, DJ’ing, bowling, reading, spending time with his family, billiards, traveling, cooking, and watching movies. He recently became a first-time published author.
The Dabney Family wil be building the Bill McConnell Memorial Build duplex.
